I am a Postdoctoral Research Scholar at Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley, a WAPPP Research Fellow at Harvard Kennedy School, and a Research Affiliate at IZA. I received my PhD in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.

I work on topics in labor, education, and applied econometrics.

My research studies the causes of gender and racial inequalities in education and labor markets, and evaluates the effectiveness of government policies and firm practices in mitigating these disparities.
