I am a Postdoctoral Research Scholar at Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley, a Research Affiliate at IZA, and a Visiting Affiliate at the University of Michigan Department of Economics. I received my PhD in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.

My research analyzes the determinants and implications of inequality in labor markets.
