I am an Assistant Professor of Economics at Trinity College Dublin and an affiliated researcher at IZA@LISER, CESifo, and the Institute for Business & Social Impact at UC Berkeley. I received my PhD in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.

My research studies how market conditions and institutional policies shape labor market inequality.
