I am a Postdoctoral Research Scholar at Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley and WAPPP Research Fellow at Harvard Kennedy School. I received my PhD in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, in 2023.

I work on topics in labor, education, inequality, and applied econometrics.

My research studies the causes of inequality in education settings, human capital development, and labor markets. A second research agenda focuses on developing and testing large-scale policies to alleviate disparities in America and developing countries.
